Free Up Your Valuable Time?
Do you want to free up your valuable time? Is it time to let go of those time-consuming
tasks? Start by thinking about the list of things in your
business that you either don't want to do, or
would like to have someone else do.
Things on your list:
- review documents for completion
& compliance,
- process documents for signature,
- follow up on reports, invoices
& disclosures,
- coordinate with all parties to
provide any requested paperwork, or
- submit file to broker.
If

- How often do you check your email?

handle your clients and other parties of the transaction?
- What type of access do you need to
the file during the transaction?
- How do you want to access the file
after the transaction?

of these are things you should think about when your selecting a Transaction Coordinator. Remember, your TC will be a direct reflection of
you and your business.
