Do you want to free up your valuable time?  Is it time to let go of those time-consuming tasks?  Start by thinking about the list of things in your business that you either don't want to do, or would like to have someone else do. 


Things on your list:
  • review documents for completion & compliance, 
  • process documents for signature,
  • follow up on reports, invoices & disclosures,
  • coordinate with all parties to provide any requested paperwork, or
  • submit file to broker.

If your list involves any of these tasks then you should probably use a TC.

Think about how you run your business:
  • Is your phone glued to your hand? 
  • Are you constantly texting your clients?
  • Is texting your preferred form of communication?
  • Do you like receiving phone calls and talking on the phone?
  • Do you like to send and receive emails?
  • How often do you check your email?
  • Would you like a middle man to handle your clients and other parties of the transaction?
  • What type of access do you need to the file during the transaction?
  • How do you want to access the file after the transaction?

All of these are things you should think about when your selecting a Transaction Coordinator.  Remember, your TC will be a direct reflection of you and your business.
